Moving Right Along

     Practice session #17 (Dec. 30). 
 
     I decided to shoot for more of a "classic" fantasy character this time, and to move away from static poses. (The toughtest part of executing this one was foreshortening the right arm and hand.) Although I made the character less "cutesy" -- she has little to fear from overendowed mythical and legendary monsters -- I retained the time-honored manga conventions of pink hair and oversized eyes. 

     I've spent more time and attention on clothes recently (wrinkles, seams, etc.), but mainly for the sake of learning to draw properly.
